Ronald Ndoro was one of the founding members of DigitalDance back in 1999. The company then grew not only to provide club content for Orange Mobile, but also ran both urban and house club nights all over London including MakinNoise, Black n White London, Pushca and Bambina. This growth saw the birth of www.clubtickets.com, now the UK's largest clubticket source for parties in Ibiza and with a stable of leading UK club brands such as Pacha, Hed Kandi, Miss Money Penny's, Carwash, Defected and many other one off events.

Ronald has been at the helm and responsible for business development. Over a period of no less than 10years, Ronald has put together events and worked with celebrities such as Kanye West, Lupe Fiasco, Pharrell, Damon Dash, Jay Z, Estelle, Horace Brown, Montell Jordan, Busta Rhymes, Sisqo, Mario, Tyrese and 112 to name a few. As a result he has a wealth of experience of the club and music business. As a former club promoter and manager, he understands what it takes to make an event successful and can add value to any individual or company looking for advice on sales, brand building, web development and design.

Impact Ventures  was launched at the beginning of 1999 by club promoter Rachael Bee primarily to manage the MTV Lick Parties which she co-founded with Trevor Nelson in May 1998.

The company went on to manage MTV’s Base on the Beach, Base Lounge, Flava Tour for Channel 4, the MOBO Unsigned Tour, MTV's DFC Parties, countless artist showcases and launch parties as well as taking the Lick from an 800 capacity venue to tour the UK and Europe filling 5000 capacity venues.

Later the company expanded into PR and marketing and went on to work with Ms Dynamite (Polydor), Big Brovaz, Lemar (Sony), Beverly Knight (EMI), Desert Eagle Discs (Echo), Keisha White and 2Play (Inferno) amongst many and also devised and managed campaigns In Ibiza for Sega Europe.

Rachael has also run hugely successful club nights for the last 20 years. Together Rachael and Ronald most recently ran the clubnight PLAY and it was nominated three years running for best Clubnight at the Urban Music Awards.

Rachael currently runs a monthly live music event ILUVLIVE filmed for MTV Base, produces live music events for Urban Development at Stratford Circus and provides music industry workshops to various organisations.
